Arrival and departure

• Arrival: From 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  Please note: If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., you must notify us in writing (by email).
  If you fail to do so, your reserved parking space may be reallocated if necessary.
• All guests must bring identification documents with them when checking in on site.
• Departure: From 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Late check-out: By arrangement and subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Payment

• A deposit of 50% of the total price is required to make a binding reservation.
  You will receive your booking confirmation once the deposit has been paid.
• The remaining amount will be charged upon departure.
  Payment methods: EC/credit card, cash.
• For stays of 1 night, the entire amount is due immediately upon booking. Only after
  payment has been made will you receive the booking confirmation.

Reservation/booking

• Requests are only processed using the form provided for this purpose.
• Your request will be processed within 24 hours.
• You can book with us all year round for stays of 1 night or more.
• After your request, you will receive a non-binding offer, which is valid for 3 days. After that, the offer expires.
• An offer does not constitute a binding booking.
• When making your request, please select your preferred category.
• You will not be assigned a specific pitch when making a binding booking.
• You are welcome to request specific pitches or preferred locations (by the stream, by the forest) at any time.
  However, we as a campsite reserve the right to move pitches within the category if necessary.

Cancellation

• For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
• For cancellations 6-0 days before arrival: The deposit will be retained.
• Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  In case of late arrival, the booked amount will be charged.
• In case of early departure, the deposit will be retained. In addition, we will charge
  a cancellation fee of €25.00 per night for the remaining unused stay.

Dogs

• Dogs are very welcome here.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the campsite.

Quiet hours

• Please keep radios, televisions, and similar devices at a low volume so as not to disturb other guests.
• Please avoid disruptive noise.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Please avoid loud conversations and similar activities during quiet hours.

Cleanliness and waste separation

• Leave the sanitary facilities as you found them.
• No outdoor shoes in the shower rooms.
• Proper waste separation is very important to us! Please refer to the waste station for the correct
  separation method and be sure to comply with it.

Waste and wastewater

• Wastewater must be emptied exclusively at the designated wastewater station.
• Fresh water can be obtained at any time from one of the two fresh water stations.
• The contents of the chemical cassette must be disposed of exclusively in the chemical toilet.

Administration

• The administration is authorized to exercise domiciliary rights.
• It may refuse admission to persons and expel guests from the site.
• Expulsion from the site will occur in the event of gross or repeated violations of the
  campsite rules and regulations, as well as in the event of damage of any kind.

Other provisions

• Your vehicle must be parked on your pitch.
• Digging trenches is not permitted.
• Do not endanger anyone with tent pegs, tent ropes, or other accessories.
• Do not walk or drive through other guests’ pitches without their consent.
• Always accompany small children to the toilets/showers.
